[BUG] Korean language input delay - bug fixed in 2.0.68 came back

What's Wrong?

Korean input composition preview placement is not at the end of the cursor but under the input box (see green boxed character in the screenshot)

It seems that 2.0.68 had a fix for this but issue seems to have come back

What Should Happen?

Character composition preview should be where the cursor is.

  2. input any korean characters
