Korean (한글) IME input delay / lag in CLI

Description

Korean (한글) input has noticeable delay/lag when typing directly in Claude Code CLI. The IME composition conflicts with Claude Code's terminal input handling, making Korean typing very slow and frustrating.

Environment

• OS: Windows 10 Pro
• Terminal: Windows Terminal
• Claude Code version: latest

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude Code CLI
2. Try typing in Korean (한글) using the standard Korean IME
3. Notice significant input delay during character composition

Expected behavior

Korean input should be as responsive as English input.

Current workaround

Copy-paste from an external editor (e.g., Notepad), but this is inconvenient for regular use.

Impact

This affects all Korean-speaking users and likely other CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) IME users as well.
