Voice tap doesn't work in agent view

Description
Voice tap (voice input) does not work in the agent view. Tapping the voice/mic control in that view produces no result. Voice input works in other views, so the behavior is inconsistent.
Expected behavior
Voice input should be available everywhere it's exposed, including the agent view.
Actual behavior
The voice tap is non-functional specifically in the agent view.
