[Feature Request] Add tap-to-toggle and auto-silence detection voice input modes

Bug Description
No — Claude Code only supports push-to-talk (hold key to record, release to stop). There's no tap-to-toggle or auto-silence-detection
mode. You can change the hotkey in ~/.claude/keybindings.json but the behavior is still hold-to-talk.

Worth filing as a feature request via /feedback if that matters to you.
