[Feature Request] Remove assumption of claude.ai hosting for generated HTML/CSS/JS artifacts

Bug Description
I requested a selfcontained html/js/css page get created. While it did that, it assumed i wanted it hosted on claude.ai? Why? there is no value here i can load that in my browser without having it stored on a server. Don't do that. that behavior is terrible. I should have to request that - the model & tooling should not assume I want this.
