[Feature Request] Tool use approval prompts require modifier key to prevent accidental activation

Question

**Bug Description**
▎ In the Claude Code terminal input, the yes/no permission prompts (approve/reject a tool use) 
  ▎ activate on a single click, which causes accidental rejections. Please require Ctrl+Click (or 
  ▎ another modifier) to activate those options instead of a bare single click.
