[BUG] Code tab: editing a prompt with image attachments silently drops the attachments

What happens

In the Claude Code Desktop app (Code tab), editing a prompt that has image attachments silently drops the attachments. When you edit an already-composed prompt that includes one or more attached images, the images are removed the moment you enter edit mode, and the edited prompt is submitted with no images.

Expected

Editing the prompt text should preserve any attached images.

Impact

Screenshots and other attachments are lost on any edit, so you have to re-attach them or recompose from scratch. It's also easy to not notice — the prompt still reads fine, but the assistant no longer receives the images the user believed were attached, so it responds without them.

Steps to reproduce

1. Compose a prompt and attach one or more images.
2. Edit that prompt.
3. The attached images are gone from the edited prompt.
