What's Wrong?

I am running a team of agents on a project at work on my Windows 11 pro dev box.
The amount of window flashing makes this desktop app unusable and a health hazard for epileptics.
It steals focus, and typing into any window, or mousing in any window yields unpredictable results.
This does not happen on Linux.

There are a million reports of this error going back to at least December, with what seems to be a well known fix
(have node launch the sub task with the no-window flag, yet they don't seem to get any traction. Maybe pointing out that flashing can cause epileptic seizures might do the trick.

What Should Happen?

There should be no background windows popping up stealing focus, eating keyboard input, and causing the health issues.

Steps to Reproduce

"Launch a team of agents consisting investigators and adversarial agents to find the root cause of <some bug>. The adversarial agents should attempt to disprove the results found by the investigators. Loop until all hypotheses are validated. If all hypotheses are invalidated, start a new round including the additional info to seed new hypotheses. Continue for a maximum of 4 loops."
