Feature request: in-app font/text size setting for accessibility (low vision)

Problem

Claude Code has no in-app setting to change the font/text size. For users with low vision this is a real accessibility barrier.

The only current workarounds are:

• OS-level display scaling (Windows) — but this enlarges everything across the whole operating system, which breaks layouts and creates usability problems in every other program. It's not an acceptable trade when Claude Code is the only app that needs bigger text.
• App zoom shortcuts (Ctrl +/-) — a temporary/coarse workaround, not a real, discoverable, persistent setting, and not obviously tied to accessibility.

I'm a Claude Code user with a visual impairment (keratoconus and strabismus). My only readability problem is Claude Code itself — so a text-size control scoped to Claude Code alone would solve it without any of the OS-wide side effects.

Requested feature

A persistent, in-app font-size / text-size setting for Claude Code:

• A configurable text size (a point/size value or a text-size slider) in the app settings or settings.json.
• Persists across restarts.
• Independent of OS display scaling.
• Scoped to Claude Code only.

Why it matters

This would make Claude Code meaningfully more usable for people with low vision, and brings it in line with basic accessibility expectations for text resizing. Thank you for considering it.
