What's Wrong?
Edit Automatically mode is picked but it is still opening every file it works on and asking to confirm.
What Should Happen?
It should just edit the file without ever opening it and asking to accept it. That's the whole point of this mode I thought.

Steps to Reproduce
Have the mode selected. Make claude edit some code. It will open the file in another tab and ask for you accept/deny even though it should not be doing that.
