[BUG] API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy

What's Wrong?

Lately, I keep getting the following error:

"API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy"

This happens when asking for basic code changes. For example, here's my last prompt:

A couple of things to fix:
1. On the desktop version, there should be the video and the button to record side by side
2. The defaultSteps are missing the video URL
3. I just need the title and not the prompt

I was not able to complete this task, and when asking the AI for the reason, it kept hitting the same error.

What Should Happen?

It should work or explain how it violate Usage Policy
