[Bug] Resume picker arrow key navigation not working

Bug Description
Resume picker: arrow keys don't move selection ▎ claude -r shows the conversation list but ↑/↓ don't move the highlight, can't select any conversation. Arrow keys work fine in the normal chat prompt (history navigation). Reproduced across Terminal.app, iTerm2, and Warp. Not fixed by downgrading Node (native install, own runtime). ▎ - Version: 2.1.204 (native install, ~/.local/share/claude) ▎ - macOS arm64 (Darwin 24.6.0), zsh ▎ - Workaround: claude -r <session-id> / claude --continue work fine — only the interactive picker is broken.
