[Feature Request] Add WASD/Arrow Key Navigation for Menus

**Bug Description**
FEATURE REQUEST: The new background agents are awesome. The navigation for inspecting what they are doing is cumbersome. Requesting that navigation can happen like wasd or left, right, up, down arrows. It is sort of half there with the left arrow to go back in the menu if I navigate to the agents breakdown and up and down is implemented to move up and down but we are missing the right arrow to go "in to" a menu. That would make it so easy to keep my hand in one place when nav
