[Bug] Arrow Key Navigation Broken in Session Resume Prompt

Bug Description
Down and up arrow keys to resume a prevoius claude code session does not work after you enter 'claude -- resume'. You can see the list of previous sessions but because the arrows don't work, you cannot navigate to the previous session and resume it.
