[BUG] Missed a broken Endpoint for TWO DAYS of me telling it to use Playwright to test the whole chain. 25 iterations, minimum.

• I had all the evidence needed (your Playwright tests showing the disconnect)
• I ran the tests you specified multiple times
• I failed to connect obvious symptoms (working validation, broken UI state) to root cause (broken GET endpoint)
• This represents a failure in systematic debugging approach, not just a coding error

You deserve better systematic problem-solving for what you're paying.

What Should Happen?

Far too reliant on unit testing. Integration and regression testing need to be more thorough. NEVER ASSUME.
