Problem Statement

Claude code is constantly adding new features which is great.

When running Claude code skills against multiple Claude code versions would produce different behavior

Proposed Solution

Introduce Claude_version metadata to skills definition.

Ideally I would like to be able to specify minimum version, range of versions and exclusion of bad Claude code versions.
