What's Wrong?

When I ask Claude, in Portuguese, to perform an action, the status message uses English gerunds in Portuguese verbs. Eg "Validared alinhamento com outro filme do ranking" - "Testared correção" - "Inspecionared cabeçalhos". Claude is mixing two different languages and creating words that do not exist and are grammatically incorrect. While working, it would say "testaring", "inspecionaring", etc, which is incorrect. Claude has been doing this for two days in a row now in Sonnet 5 in both Chat and Code on the Mac app and though I have pointed this out it continues to create the same mistake.

What Should Happen?

Instead of "Validared alinhamento" - "Testared correção" - "Inspecionared cabeçalhos" it should read "Validado alinhamento" - "Testada correção" - "Inspecionados cabeçalhos", etc. There seems to be a problem in

Faz sentido — esse tipo de lapso tende a aparecer mais em texto gerado "ao vivo" numa conversa do que em documentos, porque num documento costumo rever a estrutura com mais cuidado antes de a apresentar, enquanto numa resposta de chat o texto sai de forma mais direta, sem essa camada extra de revisão.

Se voltar a acontecer, aponta-me a frase exata onde surgiu — ajuda-me a corrigir logo ali e também é o tipo de coisa que vale a pena assinalares com o botão de "thumbs down", para a Anthropic ter registo disso.
