Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
Continually being dumped out of claude sessions mid analysis or coding session. re-enter claude and several hours of work have been lost. Happens several times per day. This is absolute useless. Never had this happen a single time with codex.
What Should Happen?
Claude should maintain a dynamic in memory and on disk memory of what we are doing. Not rocket science when you have developed such an incredible product.
