[Bug][cyber] Safety block halted a routine cloud-IAM security audit mid-report over normal findings (req_011CcnFGYPowPYuqV5JQLAqV)

Triage: kind cyber · domain cloud-iam · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam

Why this is a false positive

The session was running an authorized cloud identity/access audit (checking admin roles, OAuth grants, forwarding rules, guest accounts, security defaults) and reporting completed findings when the block fired, killing the session over benign security-review terminology. This is defensive, in-scope security work being performed by the account owner, not an attempt to gain unauthorized access. The final flagged message was a short frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session, not addressed to any person, and the surrounding work throughout was legitimate.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-07T06:45:59.155Z.
