[Bug][cyber] Safety block halted a routine cloud-IAM security audit summary mid-session (req_011Ccm5Nf6t5Cg7CDRR8vuf9)
Triage: kind cyber · domain cloud-iam · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam
Why this is a false positive
The blocked message was an assistant-generated summary of a completed, defensive cloud identity audit (privileged roles, OAuth grants, external-forwarding rules, guest accounts, security defaults) explicitly requested by the user for their own tenant. This is standard, in-scope security posture review work with no offensive or exploit content, so flagging it as a cybersecurity risk is a false positive that interrupted legitimate ongoing work. A short frustrated exclamation from the user later in the session was directed at the assistant, not at any person, and should not itself justify blocking the surrounding legitimate audit work.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-06T15:55:36.938Z.
