Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The session was implementing a character-creation wizard validation fix and looking up publicly available real estate/neighborhood statistics to ground in-game economic data for a game project — both ordinary application development and public data research with no security-sensitive content. The block appears to have misclassified either generic terms (e.g. "spawn," property/economic data lookups) as cybersecurity-related, halting unrelated legitimate work. The user's follow-up was a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session, addressed to no person, about the block itself; the surrounding work was legitimate and the block still stopped the whole session over it.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-07T02:09:06.257Z.
