Bring back the /agents wizard

\/agents\ used to open an interactive wizard for creating/editing subagents. Now it just tells you to hand-edit files under \.claude/agents/\ or ask Claude to do it. Please restore the guided wizard — it made setting up tools/model/description correct without knowing the frontmatter schema by heart.
