[Bug][cyber] Safety block halted routine background polling of a build task/APK output check (req_011CcmcCXJuLEDe2YGhBdPRB)
Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 (1M context) · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The blocked message was a benign repeated Bash poll (sleep + ls/tail) checking whether a background build task had produced its output file, with no exploit code, payload, or offensive tooling involved. The safeguard appears to have triggered on an isolated frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session rather than on any actual cybersecurity content, and halting the entire session over that is a disruptive false positive that blocks legitimate, in-scope development work.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-06T22:39:47.670Z.
