What's Wrong?
working on the same claude code session in more than one device (ie: two different macbook pro computers) is unstable. one app says you can continue in another pc without any context loss, the other one says: I did not say that!
What Should Happen?
sessions do not update properly, valuable context lost

one session different pc's: sooner or later you lose significant context
