[BUG] UI for claude code VS code extension on Macbook PRO macOS 26

What's Wrong?

cannot read any of the menus because the background is transparent. See screenshot.

What Should Happen?

The menu should have opaque background.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open any menu when there is already text output in the chat.
2. menu opens but is unreadable because of transparent menu background.
