[BUG] I was opted in to some weird terminal scroll thing that I never wanted

What's Wrong?

Sometimes when I use Claude Code it runs in a weird mode where the scroll is hijacked and "scroll to bottom" appears.

Hijacking scroll in a way that makes using Claude Code in tmux an exercise in frustration.

What Should Happen?

The terminal already has a scrolling mechanism.

Stop reimplementing things that already exist please.

2. Type some stuff, enough that there's text to scroll back to

4. File bug
