[BUG] weird terminal jumps

What's Wrong?

Out of no where it just starts to jump from the start of chat (very long chat) and super fast takes me down again (some times takes couple of secounds due to how bug the converstion is! mostyl happens when I do /usage or /btw and then click <kbd>esc</kbd>

What Should Happen?

nothing should happen when I click eas other than just showing me the chat!

Steps to Reproduce

1. open claude code in any folder
2. Keep chating for a long chat (almost 30 pages or more)
3. do /usage
4. click <kbd>esc</kbd>
