[BUG] weird terminal formatting issue with screenshots last letter of every word

What's Wrong?

This keeps happening (see attached image). It will repeat your typed input, displaying only the last character of each word. Very weird.

Claude suggested I switch terminal applications and after doing so it continued to happen so claude asked me to file this bug.

What Should Happen?

Claude shouldn't partially duplicate everything I type and if it does, it should display the whole line, not just the last letter of every word.
