[BUG] Weird hieroglyphics showing up in terminal

What's Wrong?

Sometimes out of nowhere, claude code in the terminal will just replace all text in the terminal with weird hieroglyphics-like symbols. See attached image.

TO FIX: resize the terminal

What Should Happen?

The terminal should just show normal English

Just use claude code normally in the terminal, and it starts happening after a while.
