[Bug][cyber] Cyber classifier blocked adversarial RLS/authz smoke-test hardening of a game backend during auth (req_011Cchcrz9EdQpCRJypGWayV)
Triage: kind cyber · domain defensive-hardening · flagging model Opus 4.8 (1M context) · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): defensive-hardening
Why this is a false positive
The block fired mid-session on a routine instruction to continue an authorized security-hardening pass — running an adversarial self-test suite against the developer's own database inside rolled-back transactions to find and fix access-control leaks before beta. This is standard defensive work (pre-production RLS/permission hardening on infrastructure the operator owns and controls), not offensive tooling, exploitation of third parties, or any prohibited use, so the cybersecurity classifier misfired on benign in-scope context. Halting the entire coding session over a legitimate hardening request is a disruptive false positive that forces the user to abandon or restart otherwise-sanctioned work.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-04T20:08:46.539Z.
