[Bug][aup] Safety block halted a periodic trading-bot balance/ROI check-in when I typed a frustrated exclamati (req_011CcgTW9uj4vZquhSwj2qKS)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safety filter fired on a brief frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session, after a run of preceding messages; it addressed no person and contained no harmful request. The surrounding work was a legitimate, in-scope, user-authorized monitoring task, and nothing in the flagged message added disallowed content. Halting the entire session over an offhand expression of frustration is a disruptive false positive that blocks ordinary work rather than preventing any policy violation.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-04T05:22:58.584Z.
