[Bug][aup] Safety filter halted an active automated trading-bot monitoring loop on a frustrated exclamation (req_011CcgND4xmMj9AQuVzr6Xng)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The block fired on a routine, user-scheduled status check-in during an ongoing automated trading/wagering-bot monitoring and numerical-tuning session — legitimate, in-scope engineering work that the user had explicitly requested on a fixed cadence. The message contained no policy-violating content; it was operational status text (balances, version, and configuration state) of the kind the assistant had been handling throughout the session without issue. Halting an entire coding session over a benign recurring status update is a disruptive false positive that blocks work the model was already correctly performing.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-04T04:13:41.154Z.

API Error: Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). They may flag safe, normal content as well. These measures let us bring you Mythos-level capabilities sooner, and we're working to refine them. Claude Code can't respond to this request with Fable 5.
