[Bug][aup] Safety block halted legitimate WAN exposure / Cloudflare-tunnel security triage on a frustrated exc (req_011Cccc94EreMfwhY24DFQU7)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safety block triggered on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant partway through an active session; no person was named, addressed, or targeted, and the outburst carried no request for harmful action. It surfaced during legitimate, in-scope work — reviewing inbound traffic sources and reasoning about whether externally reachable network endpoints were exposed versus fronted by a tunnel — none of which violates the Usage Policy. Halting the entire coding session over transient venting is a disruptive false positive: the exclamation was affective noise, not a task instruction, and the assistant had no offending request to refuse.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T04:34:04.363Z.
