[Bug] Excessive use of "honest" filler phrase in responses despite user feedback

Bug Description
"One honest note" - stop saying honest. Is Claude suggesting it gives me dishonest notes??? I've asked sooo many times to not to say this word. It's not using this word correctly, and it's using way too much. It's like Claude's favourite word. It's inauthentic and extremely annoying. I've saved the instructions to memory, and in my Claude files, and yet it's "honest" take keeps coming through strong.
