[FEATURE] Session titles are not synced between Desktop app and Mobile/claude.ai (Remote Control) — very costly to identify the right session

Problem Statement
I run many concurrent/historical sessions in the Claude Code desktop app (Windows). When accessing the same session via Remote Control from claude.ai/code or the Claude mobile app, the session title shown there does not match the title shown in the desktop app.
With a large number of sessions, this makes it very hard to identify which mobile-side session corresponds to which desktop-side session by name alone. Manually renaming each session isn't a practical workaround given the volume.
Proposed Solution
Request: Please sync session titles between the desktop app and the Remote Control view (claude.ai/code, mobile app), or at minimum ensure they are identical/similar so the same session is easily recognizable across devices.
