[BUG] Remote Control - Can’t accept plan mode on mobile

What's Wrong?

Accepting plan only shows on my local version of Claude Code, not in my Claude Mobile App. It doesn’t show to accept the plan. I have to get out of bed and go accept the plan (I know, life’s hard). Would also be nice to answer questions aswell, but that’s a separate thing.

What Should Happen?

Show a interactive menu to accept the plan + start implementing.

Steps to Reproduce

Just create plan on the remote control version (Mobile) and the accepting the plan doesn’t come up. Shows on local version fine.
