Claude Design: Resume button unresponsive when session paused at 94% limit

Problem

Session is paused at 94% of 5-hour plan limit in Claude Design within the Claude Desktop app, but the UI refuses to resume despite clicking the Resume button 10+ times.

Expected behavior

  • Resume button should allow work to continue until the hard 100% limit is hit, or
  • UI should clearly explain why Resume is disabled (e.g., threshold percentage, actual limit enforcement)

Actual behavior

  • Resume button appears clickable and interactive
  • Clicking it repeatedly (10+ times) has no effect
  • Session remains paused with message: "Paused — you've hit your limit"
  • UI shows 94% usage with reset time 12:20 PM
  • No error message or explanation of why Resume is non-functional

Environment

  • Product: Claude Design
  • Plan: 5-hour session limit
  • Usage: 94%
  • Reproducible: Consistently unresponsive at this usage level

Related

May be related to discrepancy between 94% usage and UI claiming the limit is already hit.
