[BUG] Desktop App: Send button unresponsive in Code tab

Description

The Send button in the Code tab of the Desktop App does not respond to clicks. The input field accepts text, but pressing the Send button has no effect.

What works

• Chat tab in Desktop App → works normally
• CLI (claude in terminal) → works normally
• Only the Code tab in the Desktop App is affected

Environment

• OS: macOS, Mac Mini M4
• Claude Code: v2.1.74
• Node: v25.6.0

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude Code Desktop App
2. Switch to the Code tab
3. Type a message
4. Click the Send button → nothing happens

What I've tried

• Reinstalling session data → did not fix the issue
