Problem Statement
I am in a team of a few engineers, and we are all running claude code on our subscriptions.
The problem is, when someones usage limit runs out mid task, we cant just give infinished work to someone else, its hard to understand, and overall work in half-done environment.
Proposed Solution
After usage limit, give user an ability to run /recap, and count it to the next 5h/weekly limit.
This allows to keep harness for other agents, and overall to know at which point development have stopped.

Use Case Example
- I`m developing task X using claude code
- Mid-task i reach my usage limit
- I use /recap and get harness and context of work that has been done
