[BUG] Claude code hangs

What's Wrong?

when I do run Claude code form Visual Coe add-on or from Claude desktop - code, I see past conversations, but cannot process any new request, as new conversation or continuation of previous.
see this since this morning, yesterday evening was ok.
with Fin AI Agent I found no helpful logs
Claude Desktop Chat do work

PC restart do not help
