[BUG] Claude Code App hangs

What's Wrong?

Ryzen 7 x64 machine, x64 installer produces Machine Type Mismatch, regular installer hangs at extraction.
When I run the .exe, it downloads the installer, but then

• On regular Windows installer: it gets stuck halfway.
• On Win64 installer: it produces a mismatch.

What Should Happen?

The installer should install Claude Code App in my desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Claude Setup.exe from official Claude website
2. Double-click to start or 'Run as Administrator'
3. If regular Windows installer, it downloads installer (completes the 161Mb download)
4. Starts loading screen - and gets stuck halfway.
5. If Win64 installer, it doesn't download - it just says it's "for another machine".
