What's Wrong?

Hi, I ran the icacls command in the attachement when I am installing the claude but I still encounter same error.

What Should Happen?

After, running the icals installation still failed.

Steps to Reproduce

1.When launching the powershell, it always has this default directroy: C:\WINDOWS\system32>

1. Then I navigate to my username so it will not change the directory then I ran this icacls "$env:USERPROFILE\.local" /grant "$env:USERNAME`:(OI)(CI)F" /T
2. Then start the installation but it is still failing the same as the attachment.
