[Bug] Fable 5 safeguard blocking model access, reverting to 4.8

Bug Description
Yes I am trying to run a full audit on my website before i release it and for some reason the Fable 5 safeguard is being flagged and not allowing me to use it. It keeps kicking me back down into 4.8.
