Motivation

When reporting UI/UX bugs in claude.ai/design (unexpected screens, broken flows, rendering issues), a screenshot is often the clearest and fastest way to communicate what actually happened versus what was expected. Without an attachment field, reporters have to describe visual state in prose or paste screenshots into a separate bug tracker (e.g. GitHub issues) instead, which splits the feedback across two channels and loses the low-friction, in-context nature of the feedback form.

Add an image upload/attachment field to the form so users can directly attach one or more screenshots alongside their written feedback.
