[Bug] Claude Code CLI truncates long input messages without warning

Question

**Bug Description**
very long typed message was truncated ~121 lines before reaching the model and it made me  frustrated because it took so long to type.

- Terminal: Apple_Terminal
- Version: 2.1.200
