You've hit your session limit · resets 4:30pm (Africa/Nairobi)

Bug Description
Hello, Claude Code was processing my requests normally, but it suddenly stopped because my subscription payment failed. This happened immediately after my previous session limit reset at 11:30am. I fixed the subscription issue right away, logged back in, and Claude resumed processing my request. However, almost immediately afterward, I received a message saying that I had reached my session limit again and would have to wait until 4:30pm. This doesn't seem correct, because claude had not processed any of my requests and i feel the interruption was caused by the subscription issue rather than my usage. Could you please look into this and help resolve it? For reference, I'm using the Claude Fable 5 model. Thank you.
