[Feature Request] Add exemption mechanism for legitimate cybersecurity work to prevent over-blocking of defensive security use cases

there has to be a way for anthropic to tell if fable cybersecurity work is going to beefing up / red teaming a legitimate internal company's stack. getting blocked on literally every cycbersecurity prompt is useless and i can't think of a worse way to initially roll this out from a product perspective. cybersecurity is dangerous, but it's also the most important in terms of defense. the model shouldnt have been re-released at all if the use case that arguably delivers the mos
