What's Wrong?

I am using a project with claude desktop to generate a monthly deck and now every time I try to download the final .pptx output. It doesn't let me open or download the file. I could only download the .txt logs file.

When I tried to download the file in claude web I had 0 issues.

I am using a:

  • Windows 11 Enterprise
  • LENOVO_MT_21MM_BU_Think_FM_ThinkPad T14 Gen 5
  • Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 135U, 1600 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 14 Logical Processor(s)
  • 32GB RAM

What Should Happen?

It should let me download all the files in Claude desktop.
