[Feature Request] Official API path for delegating safety-adjacent content to markdown files for Claude processing

Bug Description
I am trying to have Fable delegate cybersecurity problems (safety adjacent not attack adjacent) into a markdown file so opus can handle them but this is flagging the safeguards. I assume this is expected behavior but I would like an official path to do this with if at all possible because that helps me stay on fable instead of switching back and forth constantly if that makes sense
