[BUG] my Claude code primary subagent have problems with delegating to other sub agents

What's Wrong?

my Claude code primary agent says it cant use the task tool to launch the other subagents to assign and delegate work but i was using the task tool the whole session and the primary agent has access to all of the tools and

tools. the only problem it has is launching other agents and that's the primary role as a primary agent to launch other agents and assign tasks

What Should Happen?

Claude show make a feature that setup a primary agent then you can select who will the primary agent control basically it needs to be more features for Claude code sub agents and better collaboration between the agents. more users would be able to get more work done.
